Welcome to The GPS Initiative. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, educational services, and academic programs. By accessing our website, submitting an application, enrolling in a program, or using any services provided by The GPS Initiative, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
By using this website or enrolling in any program offered by The GPS Initiative, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, all institutional policies, and any additional guidelines or agreements applicable to your enrollment. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should discontinue use of this website and refrain from enrolling in our programs.
The GPS Initiative provides virtual educational programs, professional development opportunities, and academic credentials in accordance with its published curriculum and institutional policies. The Initiative reserves the right to modify program offerings, curriculum, schedules, instructional methods, faculty assignments, tuition, fees, and institutional policies when necessary to improve educational quality or comply with applicable laws, accreditation requirements, or institutional needs.
Admission to The GPS Initiative is subject to the published admissions requirements for each academic program. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. The Initiative reserves the right to deny admission or enrollment when an applicant does not satisfy institutional requirements or when doing so is determined to be in the best interest of the institution.
Students are responsible for all tuition, fees, and financial obligations associated with their enrollment. By enrolling in a program, students agree to pay all applicable tuition and fees according to the terms of their Enrollment Agreement and selected payment option. Failure to complete a program does not automatically release a student from financial obligations established under an approved payment plan.
Students are expected to actively participate in their courses, complete required assignments, demonstrate academic integrity, and conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout their educational experience. The GPS Initiative reserves the right to establish and enforce academic standards necessary to maintain the integrity and quality of its programs.
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects professionalism, honesty, integrity, and respect for instructors, staff, classmates, and the institution. The GPS Initiative reserves the right to suspend or dismiss students whose conduct violates institutional policies or disrupts the learning environment.
