The GPS Initiative offers flexible payment options designed to make investing in your education convenient and manageable. Available payment options may include:
Payment plan details and eligibility requirements are provided during the admissions and enrollment process.
The following refund policy applies to all Certificate, Accredited Certification, and Diploma programs offered by The GPS Initiative.
All application fees, registration fees, technology fees, credential issuance fees, transcript fees, and other administrative fees are non-refundable.
Students who cancel their enrollment before the first scheduled class session are eligible to receive a 100% refund of tuition paid, less any applicable non-refundable fees.
Due to the immediate delivery of instructional content, course materials, and academic resources, no tuition refund will be issued after a student has attended the first scheduled class session or after two (2) hours of instruction have elapsed, whichever occurs first.
For virtual programs, attendance begins when a student first joins a live class session, accesses course content, participates in instruction, or engages with learning materials. Once the first class has been attended or two (2) hours of instruction have been provided, the program is considered to have officially commenced and no refund will be issued.
Students wishing to withdraw from a program must submit written notification to the Registrar or Admissions Office. Failure to attend classes or discontinuing participation without official written notification does not constitute withdrawal.
Students dismissed for academic dishonesty, misconduct, violations of institutional policies, or disciplinary action are not eligible for a tuition refund.
When a refund is approved, payment will be processed within thirty (30) business days after all required documentation has been received and verified by the institution.
Extraordinary Circumstances: The GPS Initiative recognizes that extraordinary situations may occur. Documented circumstances, including military deployment or situations otherwise required by applicable law, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any exception is granted solely at the discretion of The GPS Initiative. If circumstances arise and you need to switch to the next cohort, contact admissions and we will work on getting you rescheduled.
Our Finance Office is available to assist you before, during, and after the enrollment process. We encourage all prospective students to carefully review the tuition schedule and refund policy before enrolling.
